Perhitungan Ukuran Silo Pada Bahan Baku Tepung Terigu Untuk Proses Produksi Produk X di PT. XXX
Abstract
PT XXX merupakan salah satu industri biskuit terbesar di Indonesia. Produk X merupakan biskuit atau makanan ringan yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh kalangan masyarakat. Produk ini biasanya dikonsumsi disela-sela waktu makanan pokok atau diwaktu-waktu santai. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan dalam proses produksi produk ini adalah tepung terigu. Tepung terigu yang digunakan disupply dari beberapa supplier dan disimpan dalam silo penyimpanan dengan kapasitas tertentu. Maka dari itu perlu diadakannya perhitungan untuk mengetahui volume dan tinggi tepung terigu serta silo. Perhitungan yang digunakan dan data yang diperoleh, dicatat dan diperhitungkan secara manual di setiap kedatangan tepung terigu dan setelah dilakukan perhitungan didapatkanlah hasil yang paling optimal yang didasari dari data yang diperoleh di setiap waktu pada saat kedatangan bahan baku tepung terigu.
